What this site is
ninadpathak.com publishes technical writing — articles, tutorials, implementation guides, and case studies. It is a portfolio and editorial site, not a SaaS product or service platform.
Using the content
The articles and case studies here represent original work. The copyright belongs to me unless a piece was commissioned by and explicitly credited to another publication.
What you can do without asking:
- Read anything on the site
- Link to any article or page
- Quote short passages (a paragraph or two) with attribution and a link back to the source
- Reference articles in your own writing, citing them as you would any other published work
What requires permission:
- Republishing full articles elsewhere, including on your own site, newsletter, or publication
- Translating or adapting articles for redistribution
- Using substantial portions of articles in commercial products (courses, paid guides, training datasets)
To request permission, email hello@ninadpathak.com. I'm generally open to it with proper attribution.
Accuracy and limitations
I write technical content and I test what I can. That said:
- Technical landscapes change fast. An article accurate at publication may become outdated as tools, APIs, and frameworks evolve.
- I do not guarantee that every code snippet will work in every version of every dependency.
- External links point to third-party sites I don't control. Their content and availability can change.

Inquiries and professional work
Contacting me through the site, sending an email, or booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.
If we agree to work together, the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms will be set out in a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site constitutes a service contract.
Liability
This is a personal content site. I am not liable for decisions made based on articles here, for third-party services linked from the site, or for any interruption in site availability. Content is provided as-is for informational purposes.
Changes to these terms
I may update this page if the site changes in ways that affect how it's used. The version published here is the current one.
